Maryland State Flags may be flown over the Capitol Dome at the request of a Member of the General Assembly in honor or memory of a person or a special occasion. All flags flown over the Capitol are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity with the date and time the flag was flown over the Maryland State House. Flags may be flown for a particular person, event, or organization. Once the form below is complete, you will be contacted by my office to make payment arrangements and finalize any necessary details.
